It’s that time again! Schmidt Farms Annual Subdivision Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 8 am to 2 pm. Rain or Shine!

Conveniently located just off I-65 and 231 in Crown Point, IN. This is the sale you don’t want to miss!
More than 50 homes participated last year! Pine Hill, Forest View Farms, and Covington subdivisions are joining in the sale! Antiques/Vintage, furniture, housewares, home decor, children and adult clothing, holiday, sporting goods, tools, electronics, you name it...we’ll have it!
