Geist Overlook & Royalwood will be hosting their annual Spring Garage Sales on May 14th - 15th. Plenty of electronics, household items, furniture, lawn care, toys and more. These two subdivisions are connected to each other which means twice as many homes participating. Subdivisions are located near 116th & Olio. Geist Overlook can be accessed off of 116th Street, while Royalwood can be accessed off of Olio road.
