We are open to selling before the garage sale officially begins and via online.
CASH ONLY PLEASE Exact change is much appreciated.
No holding or pending purchases allowed. You want it then buy it and take it home.
No refunds. CHECK EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS TO YOUR SATISFACTION BEFORE PURCHASE.
We will have power for you to check the things that operate with it before your purchase.

Everything is priced fairly and we are open to some negotiations BUT not huge drops of price on most things! So,
if you are that guy/gal that likes making ridiculous offers, respectfully, this is not the garage sale for you!
