Garage Sales Tracker wish to express a fair warning to you whether your buying or selling.
A new federal law based on a campaign called Resale Roundup is cracking down on secondhand sales of recalled and defective products. This new law is being enforced under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act and is aimed at protecting buyers of defective products from causing unintended harm to consumers.
